OSCOR MAX is a next-generation portable spectrum analyzer with a frequency range up to 43 GHz, designed for professional TSCM operations. 

The new OSCOR Max is engineered to detect, analyze, and locate electronic transmitters across an exceptionally wide frequency range, from 10 KHz to 43 GHz, making it suitable for high-level counter-surveillance, technical inspections, and secure facility sweeps.

OSCOR Max provides continuous, real-time visibility of the RF environment using a fully integrated auto-switching antenna system. The antenna system performs 125 antenna switches per second, so the analyzer is at all times ready for detection of any signal within the range. It has an impressive sweep speed of 1100 GHz/second for the full 43GHz span at 25.6 times per second. A wide 125 MHz instantaneous bandwidth (IBW) allows detailed signal analysis without the need for additional external equipment. These features allow you to identify known, unknown, intermittent, and low-power signals across traditional RF, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other modern wireless technologies, making the OSCOR Max suitable for counter-surveillance inspections in government facilities, corporate offices, secure areas, and mobile environments.

The portable design includes integrated handgrips, a user-adjustable tilt stand, and dual removable hot-swappable Li-ion batteries, allowing uninterrupted operation during extended inspections. Typical runtime is 2.5 hours minimum, with the ability to swap batteries without powering down.

High-Speed Spectrum Sweeping of up to  1100 GHz per second

The OSCOR Max spectrum analyzer sweeps at a speed of 1100 GHz per second, allowing it to scan the full 0–43 GHz frequency range up to 25.6 times per second. This high sweep rate increases the likelihood of detecting short-duration or intermittent signals. The sweep is performed at a 10 kHz resolution, enabling accurate identification of closely spaced and low-power transmitters. In total, the system processes over 107 million data points per second, providing a highly detailed and reliable view of the RF environment.

Integrated Automatic Antenna System

The built-in antenna panel automatically switches antennas across the full frequency range (10 kHz – 43 GHz), performing 125 antenna switches per second. This removes the need for manual antenna changes during inspections, so operators do not have to perform additional settings to detect all surrounding signals. This allows continuous operation while maintaining optimal sensitivity and consistent coverage throughout the sweep.

Advanced Signal Analysis and Visualization

OSCOR MAX includes advanced tools such as SmartBars™, Discrete Bands, persistence, waterfall displays, and long-term spectrograms. These visualization modes help you quickly distinguish normal background activity from suspicious or unauthorized signals. The spectrum analyzer is capable of detecting and identifying individual WiFi and Bluetooth devices, perform trace data analysis and trace math to show trace differences. It also displays live, average, peak hold and multiple stored traces. The Spectrogram waterfall captures and records peak traces over time for historical analysis, while the patented SmartBars™ display new signals or increased energy in a simple bar graph format compared to a stored reference trace. Discrete Bands feature displays up to 16 preconfigured and customizable segments of the spectrum.
