JJN Digital CAM-GX5 Cellular Activity Monitor is a handheld and portable multiband cellular activity detector designed to detect the latest generation 5G devices. 

The CAM-GX5's purpose is to detect and locate all transmissions from cellular mobile phone-based devices, including mobile phones, smartphones, Wi-Fi hotspots, GSM listening devices (bugs), GPS trackers, Bluetooth, Store & Forward devices, all with 2G/3G/4G and the latest 5G bands. You can use the CAM-GX5 in all environments where mobile phone usage is not permitted, such as sensitive meeting rooms, exam halls, prisons, vehicles where you might suspect hidden tracking devices, etc. 

This device boasts separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands for an enhancement in detecting Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Store&Forward devices and Video devices, including real-time/log detection mode where complex algorithms are used to analyze the detected signals and help in identifying signal types. The last 24 hours of activity are saved so you can view them graphically at a later time. 

A new feature the CAM-GX5 presents is Worldwide multiband coverage which gives you the option of selecting the international region the device will be used in so it will detect signals from all relevant local cellular bands. With the new powerful high-gain RF front end ensuring signal detection up to 50 meters, depending on the environment conditions and signal strength, this device provides remarkable levels of detection in a handheld unit.

Up to 4000 events can be stored in the CAM-GX5 and each detected signal is recorded with Time/Date, Duration, Band, and Signal Strength stamps, so you can more easily identify the device type that is being detected. You can view the detected signals in Graph mode, a function that maps real-time or historical graphs of all detected cellular bands. The entire event log can be downloaded to a USB stick so you are able to view/catalog/store it for later analysis.

Supplied with the device is a new adjustable hinged antenna providing peak performance and flexibility. CAM-GX5 uses an integral Lithium-polymer battery pack that delivers up to 6 hours of uninterrupted operation time.

The main function of the CAM-GX5 is to detect and locate any and all signal transmissions from cellular mobile phone-based devices with 2G/3G/4G including the latest generation 5G bands such as smartphones, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices, GSM listening devices, vehicle trackers, covert wireless cameras and newest Store & Forward devices. 

Worldwide Cellular Coverage

A novelty and advancement from the previous model CAM-105w, the new CAM-GX5 introduces Worldwide Multiband coverage which allows you to simply select the international region in which you are using the device and the CAM-GX5 will uncover and locate signals from all relevant local cellular bands. This feature comes in handy for all environments where cellular devices aren't allowed, so you can check if any are being used. All activity will be logged so you can review it at any time. 

Separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz detection mode

For the optimum identification of all Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, covert wireless video transmitters, and latest generation Store & Forward devices, the CAM-GX5 features separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless real-time/log detection. Store&Foward devices record over long periods of time while transmitting in short regular bursts. By using complex algorithms, the device is able to identify and analyze all signal types and then store them so you can review activity from the last 24 hours at a later time. 

Increased sensitivity across bands

Maximum sensitivity has been ensured with a new powerful high-gain RF front end assuring detection up to 50 meters depending on the signal strength and surrounding conditions. In addition, to improve performance and flexibility, supplied with the device is a new adjustable hinged antenna. Each band also features an individual 20-element signal strength meter which enables the precise location of a detected signal's source. 

Graph Mode

Graph Mode is a function that maps real-time or historical graphs of all detected cellular bands. The pulsive nature of the transmission is represented as lines of regular spacing. For example, when a GSM/GPS Tracking device is near, you can see on the screen a string of short regular bursts in one specific band. Furthermore, when you look up the call activity at particular times of the day, you can see if there has been unauthorized use of phones in areas where that is not allowed, such as company board rooms, prisons, or exam halls. 

Cellular Event Log

Cellular Event Log logs up to 4000 events, and for each signal Time/Date, Band, Duration and Signal Strength are specified so it assists in recognizing detected device types. 

Simple and intuitive use

With a new keypad design, the CAM-GX5 provides ease of use and intuitive operation. 3.5" color TFT display presents all data in high resolution so you can carry out real-time detection and later on, view previously occurred events. What's more, the device provides a choice between an audible 'Beep' mode when monitoring without looking at the display or a silent 'Vibrate' mode when in areas you don't want sound.
