Two new listening devices have joined our range, and both have new features in our covert listening device category. Most devices in this category require a SIM card, and whenever you want to hear the room, you just dial the device and listen live. A few are hidden inside things that belong in the room anyway, like a working travel adapter, so they can stay plugged in for as long as you need. Others are small enough to tuck under a seat and run for a week on battery, waking up the moment you ring. Perfect when you want to hear something as it happens.
The other group of devices simply record. Everything saves to internal memory; our smallest nano voice recorder runs for 55 hours on a single button-cell battery. The audio waits safely on the device until you collect it. Nothing transmits, nothing gives itself away, and the sound is excellent.
Store & forward combines both. It records everything locally, like a dedicated recorder, then sends that audio to you on its own over Wi-Fi or over 4G.
We added them because customers kept describing the same situation: A device that needs to stay in place for days or weeks, somewhere they can't easily return to. That's exactly what a store & forward device is built for, and until now it was the one thing our audio range didn't cover completely.
They're easy to use for a private individual protecting their own property, and capable enough for investigators, security teams, and agencies for serious job suites.
The only difference between these two devices is how the audio travels back to you.
Pico 3.0
The Pico 3.0 is smaller than an AA battery at 93 × 21 × 9 mm, which means it genuinely goes anywhere: a jacket pocket, behind a panel, inside an everyday object. Once it's in place, it records everything to a micro-SD card and streams live to your phone or tablet through its own app, at the same time. If the Wi-Fi drops out, nothing is lost because it keeps recording, and the live feed picks straight back up when the connection returns.
What customers appreciate most is how easy the recordings are to work with afterwards. Every file is timestamped and saved as clean WAV audio, so when you need Tuesday afternoon, you scroll to Tuesday afternoon. A 128 GB card holds months of it.
Run it on an external battery pack for body-worn work, on a mains adapter for a room you'll be monitoring for weeks, or off a vehicle's own 12 V supply so the battery never enters into it. And if the microphone needs to sit somewhere the unit itself can't, a wired external mic is available in custom lengths.

Buran 1200 S&F
Buran 1200 S&F is the one for jobs where going back isn't an option. No Wi-Fi needed, no return visit needed just put it in place.
Voice-triggered recording keeps it asleep until it hears something, which stretches standby to as much as seven days. Every file it captures uploads automatically to your own private server the moment a 4G connection is available, and the app sends you a push notification as each one arrives. You're never waiting to collect anything, and you're never wondering whether a recording survived because once it's on the server, it's yours regardless of what happens to the device.
When something can't wait for an upload, you call the device and listen to the room live. With a VoLTE SIM and Call Auto Answer switched on, it answers, and you have up to ten hours of live listening on a charge.
The rest is built around leaving it alone. If you already know when the conversations happen, scheduled recording covers up to four windows a day so the battery isn't spent on an empty room. Mic gain and voice sensitivity adjust from a setup tool on Windows or Mac. And recordings can't be deleted over a computer connection at all; wiping them takes a deliberate sequence on the device itself.

A private investigator has access to an office for twenty minutes and a client who wants to hear what's said in it over the coming week. There's Wi-Fi in the building, and a socket behind the desk.
The Pico 3.0 goes in on mains power, so battery life stops being part of the plan entirely; it can stay as long as the job runs. It joins the network, and from that point the investigator listens live from the car, from the office, from home, through the app. Everything is also recorded on the micro-SD card as it happens, timestamped, so when the client asks about Tuesday afternoon specifically, that's quickly accessible.
A security team needs audio from a vehicle for the next fortnight. There's no Wi-Fi anywhere near it, and approaching it twice isn't an option.
The Buran 1200 S&F goes in on voice-trigger mode with a 4G SIM. It sleeps through the quiet hours, wakes when someone speaks, and sends what it records automatically. A notification arrives each time new audio is recorded. Nobody has to go back to it and retrieve the device. When something urgent comes up mid-job, one call to the device puts them in the car live.
Pico 3.0 sends it over Wi-Fi. It joins a wireless network like in your home, the building's own, or a hotspot you create from your phone, and needs no SIM card at all.
Buran 1200 S&F sends it over 4G. A SIM card goes in, the device uploads recordings to your private server by itself, and you can also call it directly to listen live.

Does either device need a SIM card?
The Pico 3.0 doesn't. It works entirely over Wi-Fi. The Buran 1200 S&F needs a 4G SIM with a data plan for automatic uploads, and a VoLTE-enabled SIM if you want to call in and listen live.
Can I listen in real time with both?
Yes, just differently. The Pico 3.0 streams live to your phone through its app over Wi-Fi. The Buran 1200 S&F you simply call, and it answers.
Which one lasts longer between charges?
The Buran 1200 S&F holds up to seven days in voice-trigger standby. The Pico 3.0 depends on the battery you pair it with - though on mains or 12 V vehicle power, it runs indefinitely.
What happens if the connection drops?
Neither device loses your audio. The Pico 3.0 keeps recording to its micro-SD card and resumes streaming when Wi-Fi returns. The Buran 1200 S&F keeps recording locally and uploads as soon as 4G is back.
Is there a subscription for the Buran's cloud uploads?
No platform fee. You need an active data plan on the SIM you insert, and the device is registered to your server through the setup tool with an email and password.
Can recordings be deleted from the Buran by accident?
No. Individual files can't be removed over a computer connection at all. Erasing recordings takes a deliberate hardware sequence performed on the device itself.
