If your Covert Spyphone (modified iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Xiaomi or Huawei device with built-in covert camera) has been physically damaged and/or the warranty is no longer valid, we offer to repair it.

The repair cost depends on the damage itself and needs to be confirmed by our team after the device has been thoroughly inspected.

The prices may vary between 20 EUR and 180 EUR (ex VAT) for the most common repairs, while the full list of the approximate repair costs is as follows:

• covert camera module replacement - approx. 45 EUR
• screen/display replacement - approx. 120 EUR
• battery replacement - approx. 53 EUR
• charging port/connector repair - approx. 35 EUR
• power/volume button repair - approx. 28 EUR
• SIM tray or network module repair - approx. 40 EUR
• software/firmware reset (app not responding, no signal) - approx. 25 EUR
• camera cable/ribbon replacement - approx. 33 EUR
• back cover/housing replacement - approx. 45 EUR
• device not charging / no power - approx. 35 EUR
• water damage diagnostic and cleaning - approx. 48 EUR
• motherboard-level repair - approx. 175 EUR

We charge a 30 EUR diagnostic/service fee for out-of-warranty or physically damaged devices.

Genuine spare parts (screens, batteries, camera modules, connectors, and housings) are sourced directly from our supply chain and are always available to order separately at the prices listed above, whether or not you use our repair service.

Prior third-party repair work does not affect your right to use this service.

For repairs where our estimate exceeds 100 EUR, we will send you a written quote by email describing the work required and the parts needed before any repair work begins, and we will proceed only once you confirm.

How the repair process works

• Contact us first: fill in the request form HERE, or reach us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber, describing the fault and your device model.
• Get a preliminary estimate: we will confirm whether your model and issue are covered by the price list above, or advise if further inspection is needed.
• Send the device: ship it to Beling d.o.o., Franje Čandeka 23B, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. Shipping the device to us and returning it back is at your own cost unless otherwise agreed.
• Inspection and written quote: once received, we inspect the device and confirm the final price. For repairs over 100 EUR you will receive a written quote by email before we start any work.
• Repair and return: most repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks of us receiving the device, depending on parts availability and the scope of work. We will notify you once it has shipped back to you.
