General shipping information

For credit card payment or PayPal order package will be sent same day the payment is done and for bank transfer option there will be a delay of 1-2 days that is necessary for money transfer to arrive to our account.

Packages will not be sent if payment is received on non-working day such as national holiday. In that case package will be sent on the next working day.

Shipping time to any location Worldwide is 1-6 days with both DHL and UPS Express.

Other information regarding shipping

If customer prefers to receive the package using one of several other shipping options it can be arranged however in that case shipping cost will be calculated separately.

Invoice as well as AWB with tracking number will be included with every shipment and will also be provided electronically to your e-mail address.

For credit card payments depending of the weight of the package cheaper courier shipping costs will be calculated.
