FAST AND FREE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide and completely free of charge. You are free to choose shipping to your doorstep by stating your address, or to a preferred DHL Service Point by stating the address of the Service Point. The list of DHL Service Points can be found here.  

Orders are shipped with DHL Express the same day if they are placed and paid for (via PayPal or credit card) until 1:30 PM CET and if the products are available in stock. 

 

For orders paid by a bank transfer, the shipment takes place once payment has been received and confirmed usually within 1-2 business days. 

 

If your order contains batteries only (e.g. LawMate BA-2200 Standard Battery, LawMate BA-4400 Extended Battery, LawMate BA-4400 Slim Battery for PV-1000 models, due to IATA restrictions shipping will be made with a ground courier (usually GLS) We suggest ordering the batteries together with the matching device if you want to receive the order as soon as possible.       

 

In case some of the needed information is missing from the order (i.e. correct shipping address or VAT number where applicable), the order will be delayed until we have established contact with the customer and received the necessary missing information.  

 

An email with the electronic invoice and the tracking number is sent the same day the shipment is picked up. Non-working days of our company can be found here.  

 

BANK TRANSFER 

You can pay for your order by bank transfer. Payment must be made within 5 days of the order date, otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.  

 

To speed up the shipping process, we suggest sending us a copy of the payment confirmation by email. Once payment is received, we will proceed with the shipping.
