Through our website interface we offer two payment options that can be used to order products.
1st option is doing payment by credit card and ordering products right away. Shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on the shipment weight and destination and that cost will be added to your bill* You will then be forwarded to secure credit card payment webpage.
We recommend this option for smaller orders of up to 2000 EUR.
Credit card payment process:
You do the payment through our website --> We send the products together with the invoice.
2nd option isbank transfer. That means you will send us inquiry and wait for our quotation. On our quotation we will add shipping cost to the price and give you our bank account information for your payment.
Although you can send inquiry for smaller order as well, we especially recommend sending inquiries for larger orders. Since inquiries are processed manually we do our best to offer you lowest price and delivery costs.
On working days we will respond to every inquiry within 24hrs.
Bank transfer payment process:
You send inquiry through our website --> We send Quotation --> You accept quotation and do the payment --> We send the product together with the Invoice.
How to send inquiry/ order
Before you can send us inquiry / order you will have to register** on our website. Process for sending inquiry / ordering is fairly simple:
Step by step process for sending inquiry / ordering:
Add to inquiry cart any product you require. When you add a product a yellow tab with product details will appear on the right side of the web page.
If you wish to modify quantitiy of the products you are interested in, click „View cart“ at the yellow tab. Otherwise by clicking „Send inquiry / Order“ at the same tab you will proceed to next screen.
In case you are not logged-in or registered you will have to do that first before proceeding.
On the next screen you will confirm (or change) your shipping information and add any question or comments in the „Questions and additional comments regarding your inquiry/order“ window
On the next screen you will be given an option. You can either „Proceed to secure credit card payment and order now“ or „Send inquiry and wait for our quotation“.
On the next screen you will either confirm your inquiry details or confirm your order details and proceed to secure credit card payment webpage depending of the option you chose earlier.
* Detailed information about shipping costs that will be automatically calculated for credit card payment orders can be seen at this link at "Delivery Cost Table for DHL section". If you require cheaper and longer delivery time without custom clearance costs included we suggest sending an inquiry.
** The information that we receive from you when you register will be used only for communication purposes and if you wish you can change that information later in the sale process. (ie. Shipping address).
